We will match or beat any advertised price as long as it is not below our cost.
Conditions as follows:
- The product must be identical in quality, size, colour, and brand.
- The price must be arranged before you place your order, not after.
- We will not match a price of a competitor outside of Australia.
- We can only match a price if the item is in stock, both by ourselves and the competitor.
- Details must be provided of the competitor that is providing the cheaper price, such as an invoice, quotation, advertisement from the competitor so that we can confirm that the price you were quoted is correct.
- We will not match prices on eBay unless they are provided by a genuine Australian company with an ABN.
- We will offer our best price to you over the phone and we will not continue to discount it any further.
